My story

As a Nashville-based endurance athlete and UESCA-certified running coach, I believe crossing the finish line starts long before race morning. My journey spans everything from local road races and half marathons to community group runs and multi-sport events, where I lead through the F45 East Nashville Run Club and volunteer along local greenways.

I specialize in coaching first-time racers because stepping up to your first starting line can feel overwhelming. My mission is to take the guesswork out of training with structured, science-backed guidance, smart pacing, and injury-prevention strategies. Whether your goal is completing your first 5K or tackling 13.1 miles, I focus on building your confidence, consistency, and joy in running, helping you discover just how strong you truly are.
